I build and scale technology businesses at the intersection of AI, industrial systems, and the physical economy.

I currently lead MillFlow.ai, where I am building an AI-native enterprise platform for steel mills. I work across product, enterprise sales, design-partner deployment, and company operations, translating complex industrial workflows into software that can be deployed repeatedly across customers.

Previously, I was Chief of Staff & Head of Technical Programmes at The Portland Trust, partnering directly with the CEO to run a portfolio of more than 30 projects representing approximately $100 million in programme value. I led work across organisational design, senior hiring, strategic partnerships, portfolio reporting, resource allocation, and delivery across multiple offices.

Before that, I was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in London, working across AI transformation, growth, and post-merger organisation. My work included projects with QuantumBlack, designing data-feasibility systems across hundreds of millions of federated patient records, and developing operating models for multi-billion-dollar corporate integrations.

I have also built and deployed technology in regulated physical environments. At 21, I founded Ophidia Medical Technologies and secured GSK Vaccines as an enterprise customer. I subsequently led the deployment of a digital labelling and cold-chain platform across 11 laboratories in three countries. You can read more about the smart-label system.

I started building software while serving as an artillery officer, where I developed an automated ammunition-computation tool that was later adopted across six batteries. That experience shaped a long-standing interest in how software changes the performance of real-world systems.

Alongside my operating work, I have worked on healthcare transformation and infrastructure programmes across the Middle East. I helped develop the Palestinian healthcare transformation programme and advised senior public-sector leaders on delivery, institutional reform, and technology-enabled services.

I completed an MSt in Real Estate at the University of Cambridge, ranking first in Investment Portfolio Construction. My research examined how networks and social diversity affect firm survival; the working paper is available here. I previously studied Archaeology & Anthropology at UCL.

The common thread across my work is building systems that move from strategy into execution: products that get deployed, organisations that scale, and complex programmes that actually deliver.

Outside work, I write, row, and remain interested in art, archaeology, industry, and the long-run development of technology and economic systems.
